The Appointment is a new virtual appointment-driven tradeshow created specifically to give a voice and a stage to independent and authentic properties, expert experience-designers and winemakers.
It’s a unique opportunity to meet or reconnect with a selected group of travel advisors from Europe, The Americas and the Far East that are interested in exclusive properties and experiences. A chance to present to highly curated travel advisors with the power to influence and inspire their clients travel plans in 2021 and beyond.
The Appointment platform will allow each exhibitor to craft their own schedule and to create an agenda of 45 one-to-one, 20-minute appointments over a three-day period, from April 13 to April 15, 2021.
In addition, starting in March, there will be educational sessions, panel discussions with industry hospitality leaders, media sessions, culinary and wine experiences, round tables and interviews, as well and marketing and sales webinars to enable suppliers to navigate the recovery in 2021
The participation fee is €399 per exhibitor, if registered by 25 February. If the registration is received after 25 February the participation fee increases to €599.
