Next edition will be hosting nine top Japanese guest chefs for a culinary exploration of Japan from January 25-29
The headliners include Hisato Nakahigashi, Masayasu Yonemura, Hiroki Yoshitake, Kei Kobayashi, Keisuke Matsushima, Tohru Nakamura, Hideki Matsuhisa and Nobu Matsuhisa, as well as head sushi chef Akifumi Sakagami.
Together these nine chefs will prepare a tribute to Japanese cuisine in the Upper Engadine valley, starting with a Grand Opening, followed by Gourmet Diners, the Kitchen Party, as well as tastings and wine celebrations, leading up to the Great BMW Gourmet Finale. There will also be special events to keep longtime festival fans on their toes.
Advance booking of admission tickets for the events starts on December 1, 2015.
