Nella chocolate room dell’hotel Ciasa Salares si degustano oltre 60 varietà di dolcezze da tutto il mondo
La Siriola restaurant’s chocolate room with the largest selection of chocolate in Italy. A new sensorial journey through 60 varieties of fine chocolate from all over the world, along with 10 unique own produced flavours now at hotel Ciasa Salares in the Dolomites.
Dolomites’ Michelin starred restaurant La Siriola takes dessert to the next level, introducing its Chocolate Room. In line with the restaurant’s trademark True Kilometre philosophy – honesty in sourcing ingredients, depending not necessarily on geographical proximity but on verified quality – the new Chocolate Room houses over 60 varieties of fine chocolate sourced from Venezuela, Brazil, Colombia, Tanzania and Madagascar, along with world renowned Modica chocolate from Sicily – a culinary institution since the 16th century, made simply with hand ground cocoa beans and sugar.
In addition, the selection boasts 10 homemade chocolate flavours, such as wasabi, raspberry and hay, making it the most creative and innovative Chocolate Room in Italy, while also offering the largest variety of chocolate. Chef Matteo Metullio – the youngest Michelin starred Chef in Italy, who runs La Siriola restaurant – comments: “Our Chocolate Room aims to explore the chocolate world at its
finest, within our True Kilometre philosophy. The tasting experiences can be endless: you might want to enjoy the Modica Aztec-chocolate, the Tanzania’s variety with fruity notes, or the wasabi and hay chocolates that we internally produce on their own, or, alternatively, be a little adventurous; in fact, I also like to surprise my guests with unexpected pairing journeys, like for example the Gianduja chocolate with gorgonzola cheese, and a glass of Porto Rosso wine. La Dolce Vita has never been so dolce”.
Recently awarded ‘Tre Forchette’ in the Gambero Rosso guide Ristoranti d’Italia 2017, La Siriola invites guests to experience the sensory delights of their Chocolate Room with tastings during any dinner.
La Siriola restaurant and the Chocolate Room open 7 December 2016, daily from 7pm to 10pm.
