A brand new entry on the shores of Lake Como, Villa Passalacqua is the latest aquisition of the Desantis family, owners of the historical Grand Hotel Tremezzo, a monument of Italian luxury hospitality.

Villa Passalaqua is a perfect family retreat with nine beautiful suites, under carved ceilings, with antique floors and luxurious contemporary bathrooms. Four more bedrooms are in the nearby Villa Bellini guesthouse. Both dating back to the 18th century, they offer different experiences, with a music room, movie theater, billiard table and 7-acre terraced gardens overlooking the lake, including 11 working fountains, an olive grove and a two-century-old greenhouse.
