Riapre il Paradise Resort, un angolo azzurro di Sardegna nell’oasi naturale dei fenicotteri rosa

A private eden, settled in a lagoon home to herons and pink flamingos, reopens its doors to nature lovers and discerning travellers who want to lay down on white beaches and explore the crystalline water of Tavolara, San Teodoro (Sardinia).

Paradise Resort & Spa, located in Sardinia’s northwest San Teodoro region, reopens for Summer 2017, after a refurbishment, to welcome guests looking to get in touch with the nature or for a romantic getaway away from the chaos of over-touristy Porto Cervo. Immersed in a natural oasis – with a protected-area lagoon home to herons and pink flamingos – the resort is a private park only a few steps away from the exclusive white beach with a new bar service, and features two pools, one of which for kids, and a wide solarium area.

The new design, together with the new colour scheme of the resort, accomplishes an elegant and modern look that emphasizes the island’s traditional style. Minimalist buildings in granite, immersed in the traditional lavish Mediterranean garden, host 111 keys.

Common areas, restaurants and a new Sunrise Bar have been redesigned to recreate a fresh but still cosy environment thanks to the savvy use of well known Italian designer brands, such as Paola Lenti, Kartell and Roda, just to mention a few. In addition, the work of the internationally renowned flower designer Antonio Scaburri has successfully recreated a typically Sardinian atmosphere in a new modern look. The new Villa Suites feature now furnished private terraces with a direct view on the lagoon and bay, and the Tyrrhenian Sea.

The new food offer will be a sensorial journey through tasty and seasonally fresh dishes made out of recipes with regional products using authentic regional recipes.

The Verandah restaurant with wide spaces overlooking the pool and the green gardens, offers informal and laid back food experiences, whilst the Piccola Cucina restaurant, part of the renowned culinary franchise with restaurants in New York City, London and Spain under the same name, is promising candlelight gourmet experiences with typical Italian dishes touched by Sardinian flavours’ twists and fresh catch of the day. The new Sunrise Bar will offer not only live music entertainment but also fresh juices and a wide selection of fine selection of cocktails.

This year the resort introduces a new wellness area that includes a Turkish bath, a Finnish sauna, an ice waterfall, a Jacuzzi, an emotional shower and treatment rooms. In addition it features a fitness room with the most advanced Technogym equipment and an herbal tea area where guests can choose their favourite infusions.

In addition, the hotel introduces a separated private spa area for exclusive use in which small groups (up to 5 people) can enjoy wellbeing treatments and relax in total privacy; The new private spa is in fact the perfect spot for enjoying a romantic experience or celebrate a special occasion.

Settled close to Nieddu’s mountain, the Paradise Resort & Spa is the perfect starting point to explore the area: trekking, horse-riding, mountain biking are in fact just some of the many alternative activities available for guests whose interests go beyond diving or snorkelling experiences. Paradise Resort & Spa also offers a free mini-club service to entertain and take care of guests’ children, so parents can enjoy a worry-free holiday.

Paradise Resort & Spa is set to reopen in May 2017 with rates starting at €176 in Classic room (double occupancy, B&B).
